All Sessions will be held in Deas Hall.

Camp limited to the first 50 wrestlers who register.
Price:
Cost $250 for commuters and $450 for overnight. This will go up after May 1st
Meals:
Overnight camp will include Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner for the 16th and 17th. Will include breakfast on the 17th.

Friday, June 16th
8:30 AM - 9:30 AM Check-in (Deas Hall) Both commuter and overnight campers. Please email forms to bulldogwrestlingcamps@gmail.com prior to arrival to help speed up the process.
8:30 AM - 9:30 AM Check-in to VTF (Counselors will escort campers)
9:30 - 10 AM Camp Rules Briefing
10 AM – 10:15AM Walking to Admissions
10:15 AM - 11:15 AM Meeting with Admissions
11:15 AM – 11:30 AM Walking from admissions back to Deas Hall
11:30 AM – 1:00 PM Session #1 Technique (Making Contact, Setups, and leg Attacks)
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM Lunch (Mess Hall)
2 PM - 4 PM Session #2 Technique and Drilling (Review, Single leg setups & Finishes)
4PM – 5PM Campers in VTF can head back with camp counselor to relax in room or Campers will stay in McAlister to partake in games
5:00 PM - 6:30 PM Dinner (Mess Hall)
6:30 PM – 7:00 PM walk back to McAlister fieldhouse with camp counselors
7:00 PM - 9:00 PM Session #3 (Hard Drill/ Live Wrestling)
9:00 PM Day campers are allowed to leave
9:00 PM – 10:00 PM Overnight campers in VTF
10 PM All Campers in the room Checked-in

8 AM Wake Up & Roll Call
8:00 AM – 8:15 AM walk from VTF to Mess Hall with Camp Counselors
8:15 AM – 9:00 AM Breakfast (McAlister Field House 3rd Floor)
8:45 AM – Commuter Check-in (Deas Hall)
8:45 AM – Commuter Check-in (Deas Hall)
9:00 AM – 10:00 AM Campus Tour
10:00 AM – 12 PM Technique Session 4 (Escapes and reversals from the bottom position)
12 PM - 1:00 PM Lunch
1:00 PM- 2:00 PM Campers in VTF will be escorted to VTF, all other Campers will be escorted to McAlister Field house to relax before next session
2:00 PM – 4:00 PM Practice Field conditioning and Group Activity
4:00 PM – 5:00 PM Workbook/Mental training in McAlister Field house
5:00 PM – 6:00 PM Dinner
6:00 PM – 7:00 PM Rest period, Overnight campers will be with counselors at VTF. Day campers will be in Deas Hall house with other counselors.
7:00 PM – 9:00 PM Technique and Training Session 5 (Takedowns, Hi-C, Double Legs)
9:00 PM Day Campers dismissed
9:00 pm - 10:00 PM All overnight campers in VTF

9:30 AM – 11:30 AM Session 6 (Technique Session 6 short offense and defense)
11:30 AM - 12 PM Gather campers to head to Mess hall

1:00 - 2:30 PM Session 7 (Riding from the top position, breakdowns, and turns)
2:30 PM - 3:30 PM Session 8 Hard Drill and live wrestling
3:30 PM - 3:45 pm Closing Remarks
4:00 PM – 5:00 PM Room Check out and pick Up
